Estaba a punto de irme a comprar algo para comer, cuando recorde que el periodo de registración a clases estaba próximo.

Como no he recibido ningun tipo de notificacion en el correo del college pense que tenia tiempo, pero hoy voy a revisar el listado de clases de puro ocio y noto que uno se podia registrar desde hace CUATRO DIAS, y tomando en cuenta el cupo limitado en clases de mi carrera pues ;__; ughn... las dos clases de fotografia ya estan cerradas, y menos mal -porque el karma es bueno conmigo- logre registrarme en el ULTIMO JODIDO CUPO de la clase que es un must en mi curriculum (Diseño Gráfico).

Pero que putisima sueeerteee. Al menos quedé en la clase de Tipografía con la profesora que quería, y pues lastimosamente las clases de Fotografía estan cerradas pero siempre puede haber alguien que se retire. Es cosa de estar pendiente y esperar lo mejor >_> F5F5F5F5F5F5F..

Ahahaha no puedo creer mi suerte XDD Fui la última en registrarme para Typo, y si quedaba fuera de esa clase ahí si que me pegaba un tiro. No bromeo, iria a ser otro semestre perdido. ¿Por quéee demonios no mandaron ningun reminder por correo?

For our next project in my Computers in Design class, the teacher got us a client that would like us to design t-shirts. Well, I was excited about the project until the teacher specified that the client wanted something like this:

I'm supposed to go meet the lady today and present my 16 sketches (4 per t-shirt) but as you might have guessed my brain is NOT FUNCTIONING. The teacher showed us some examples of corny photographs and bad Photoshop renders and what not in order to encourage us, but I just couldn't wait to get the hell out of the classroom since most of that tribal art, meditation, om namo naaraayanaaya stuff was overwhelming and unappealing for t-shirt design (for me). It's our first time, we should have a wider range of possibilities dammit.

I'll make it work somehow. Since what she likes are mainly illustrations I'll draw more for this project. Anyway I'm skipping today's class. F it. I'm going to Kinkos to zoom in some photographs for my Alternative Media class. ASDhjk I need a vacation.

I can't believe weekend is over. Where they always this short?

Not that I go to the beach and walk around in my bikini with a tanned douche bag of a boyfriend, nor do I go to these discos my high school classmates attend to (ugh would you STOP uploading pictures to facebook of eeeeevery paaaaarty haaaaardy weekend? SAME PEOPLE AND SAME PLACE) but I... just would like to sleep a lil more and be lazy around the house. How's that? That's like my specialty. I usually forget the existence of my car from Fridays afternoon until Monday morning XD the poor thing. I haven't even breathed outside air since I arrived from Ft. Lauderdale.

I was commenting to a friend that I would like to buy a mannequin and sit it in my passenger's seat. Like with sunglasses and clothing... wouldn't that be awesome? And I would name her something extravagant too. Or maybe not, dunno.

Well, at least this week will be a little easier since I'm skipping Thursday and Friday. My sister's birthday cho_hana is on friday and because she's living in Ithaca she has been spending her birthday alone for the past two years. Well not anymore she's not. I'm visiting her this weekend. I'm also excited because it's the first time I go out of state. It's not snowing yet (awwn) but I'll get to run around an Ivy League campus and meeting snob people and teachers -when I say meet I mean look from afar- so yay! I found out a month ago that a Colombian writer I really like is actually a teacher over there. I don't think I'll find her but dammit I'll try. I was so excited when I read she was a teacher at Cornell in one of her books footnotes.
My sister and I bought a PS3 on friday, separately. She bought it because her birthday is coming up. I bought mine because I felt like it. I also bought Rock Band 2 and the Guitar + Drums combo, so I've been playing until my hand or back hurts. I'm actually reaching hard in guitar/bass but there are some songs that are just painfuuuul...
I want to buy moar games but I'm out of money. I could mooch of my mom's account but I have to be cautious. 'But mooooom, college books are expensiveeee'
Once I get the Xbox I'm also getting the Beatles Rockband. I wanna play more with kikakiki! I've been playing Rock Band 2 with a friend but he doesn't like The Beatles :__ If any of you have a PS3 my ID is mindebris.

I wanted to post some stuff I've been doing the past couple of weeks but I just remembered I need to to a research and wake up early tomorrow to take pictures of Old Ft. Lauderdale. I hate when teachers won't make up their minds.

I've been back for almost a month and I'm still catching up with all these new releases. Peru got me so disconnected dammit.

This new album is darker in comparison to their last one, and much much more darker than their genki first. Still they're definitively evolving and I'm digging it. Awesome song. I'm still digesting Humbug tho.

I felt like re-watching my favorite Honey & Clover moments, but I'm just posting this one.

I thought my Beatles fanatism died a couple of years ago, but apparently it was just in a lethargic state. Goddamn Beatles. I'm listening to them non stop.



Semester's over and the only thing left to do is wait for my grades. So far I've got a B+ in Modern Art (yay) and I honestly think that's the highest grade I'll get hahaha ok not funny.
I've been (...a little bit) more responsible with school work, and surprisingly enough I've become (...a little bit x2) more talkative with people around me, mostly due to the fact that they don't seem to fear me as much as people usually do. I may be becoming a more 'familiar face' or something. This semester was tiring, but in many ways I've experienced a lot of new things and I'm happy for it.
Besides the information I may have acquired for my respective growth as a 'professional' (pft), I've developed an unexpected affection towards photography. Several times a day I come across some sort of scenario that makes me wish I have a camera in my hands. Even if I despised my professor, I've grown fond of all the intricacies behind the shooting/development/etc. I'm looking forward to take every photography class available in the limited course's catalog FAU possesses... yet sadly next semester I won't be able to since they collide with my other classes. That doesn't mean I won't be taking advantage of lab hours once in a while though :D
I'm more excited than ever to go to Peru and just shoot away. People, avenues, everything has this mundane feeling to it I'm dying to capturegshdasd

Oh yeah. I won't be taking art history this summer so I'll be visiting everyone for ...a month and a half or so. Just throwing it out there. I'm not planning to tell this except for a couple of individuals since I'd rather surprise people by magically appearing at their jobs/colleges/etc. I'm counting down the 8 weeks in between. Ugh if it weren't for this stupid... writing requirement...

Going to sleep. I need to organize myself for these two 'free' weeks if I want to get any of my hobbies-goals done.

Little one is my favorite. She's half the size but double the cuteness. My cousins came by today with the sole intention of handling the kits, and even if I was a little skeptic at first well... I had to join the fun.
They'll be soon turning 4 weeks, which is the age in which I'll be taking them back to the pet store. Dontwannaidontwanna ;_;

I've just noticed it's 6:15am... first time I stayed up all night *proud*

My four babies. They are 14 days old.
One of the whites is half the size compared to the others. He may be a peanut, which is weird because they usually die before opening their eyes. Hope he makes it.
A few minutes ago I went outside to make sure Isumi (the mother) had food and water, but I found the other white one out of the nest following her, trying to get extra feeding time. It took me like half an hour to catch the kit and put it back in the box. It was so sneaky, and cute at the same time so it was a fun game full of 'squee ♥~'
Can't wait for them to be a little more independent so I can handle them and name them.

Although I should probably contact the guy who sold me Isumi & Light to see if he's still buying the kits.
